Private 1-hour Training $120
Our most popular service, Private Training Clients achieve the most dramatic results in the shortest period of time. Included in this appointment is 45 minutes of intense training followed by 15 minutes of myo-fascial stretching. Schedule at reoccurring times, or whenever it is most convenient. The optimal number of sessions per week is three, with a recommended minimum of two. Appointments are sold in packages of ten, and include monthly re-assessments, new training protocols, and nutrition plans adapted to your progress. Also included is our bi-weekly optimization habits to help make your journey toward better health sustainable.
